Bylaws are the important rules that enable an organization to operate in an orderly manner and discuss issues like the general provisions, governing duties of the Executive Committee, how they are elected, terms of office, how and when board and member meetings will be held, and finances of the Chapter.

In November 2021 IAAO BC Chapter members voted to approve revised Bylaws (which incorporated the previous IAAO bylaws).
