I have served on the IAAO BC Chapter since 2018 and worked at BC Assessment since 2008.  Prior to joining the BC chapter, I participated with the IAAO for many years by attending and presenting at the GIS/Valuation Technologies Conferences.  BCA has incorporated and leveraged GIS solutions such as desktop review and spatial data auditing for many years and will continue to depend on spatial data and analysis for future quality improvements and modelling.  I appreciate the opportunity to support the Chapter and our members!
