Peter Alexander

Peter joined the world of appraisal/assessment in 1996 working for BC Assessment out of the North Vancouver office.

As Manager of Quality, Standards and Practices, his portfolio currently includes Residential and Farm assessment policies and procedures, as well as supporting the advancement of Knowledge and Skills within the organization. Based out of Nanaimo, on beautiful Vancouver Island, he enjoys all that the region offers for outdoor recreation, including kayaking and boating in the Gulf Islands.

Peter is founding member of the BC Chapter of the IAAO and Committee Chair for Professional Development. Learning and development has always been one of his principal interests and joining IAAO came with the recognition that the organization is strongly focussed in this area.
