Maegan Cortens, BFA

I’m currently working as an Appraiser at BC Assessment in Vancouver, BC Canada. As well, I am continuing studies with University of British Columbia’s Real Estate Division in pursuit of an Appraisal Designation under the Diploma in Urban Land Economics Program.

I love to learn and I am also pursuing a designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada. I’m currently active on the IAAO Membership Committee of the IAAO BC Chapter. As an executive member my goals include increasing connectivity and collaboration among members, providing more educational opportunities to members, and contributing to IAAO’s positive public reputation.
