Description

The spiked knuckles are a weapon in Fallout: New Vegas. Compared to the brass knuckles, the spiked knuckles deal a higher amount of damage per strike at a faster attack speed as well as a higher amount of critical hit damage at a 1x critical chance multiplier. It has a similar AP cost, significantly higher durability, a similar weight, and a significantly higher caps value. It is considered a holdout weapon. It requires a 50 Unarmed skill level and 3 Strength attribute level to use effectively.
